Notes

Subbed 767 grams of wheat malt with Weyerman Dark Wheat (7L) and 204 grams of Carafa I (short on special) with chocolate wheat and CaraMunich II was replaced with Muntons Light Crystal (~42L). Amber Full So 55 Cl 65 Tap Strike CaSo 1.33 gr., CaCl .68 gr., Phosphoric Acid 1.96 ml. Sparge CaSo 2.06 gr., CaCl 1.05 gr., Phosphoric Acid 4.13ml.
