Notes

Going for about 75% AA for WLP007 at 67 mash. The first Nobgoblin was excellent, but came out at 5.6% and was slightly too dark. Using 0.1% less choc in this recipe (and the choc is slightly lighter). Aiming for the 5.2% bottle stregth. Also increased the hops very slightly. Water - Amber Balanced
