FG ended up dropping lower than expected bring the abv up (1.006). Added closer to 3 lbs. of Pineapple and about 8 oz. of Pink Peppercorn. Pineapple flavor was very strong up front followed by bitterness of the hops and ended with a bit of the sweetness from the Pink Peppercorn.
