Notes

Add the grains to 3 gallons cold water and bring to 160, steep for 20 minutes and remove grain. Sparge with 1 gallon 150 dregree water if desired. Top of water to 5.5 gallons (22 qt) and bring to a boil. Hop, extract and misc additions: @ 0 mintes: Add 2oz Kend Golding @ 35 minutes add 1oz Galaxy @ 50 minutes add 5lb Extra LIght DME @ 50 minutes add one peeled & pureed mango @ 55 minutes add 1lb honey @ 1:18 add 1oz Pacifica kill the heat at 1:20 and start cooldown At 80 degrees or less, transfer to your fermentation vessel and add the yeast, stir and stash until you're ready to move it to a secondary. I got an OG of 1.062 … as of this writing it's my first go at it, so I'll update as we get through it.
