Notes

Brewed on 7/11 Into fermenter on 8/11 Dry hopped 70g Galaxy on 16/11 CC started 20/11 Bottled on 28/11 note : Flameout addition went into the cube. OG 1.042 FG 1.007 approx 5% ABV This has turned out an absolute corker. Beautiful flavours and aromas and pretty much identical to MG's summer ale. Rave reviews from tasters and will end up being a staple for me. 3 weeks in bottle for maturation and has glorious head retention and mouthfeel.
