Notes

8% Double IPA. Mash at 148*. Store at 68*. Dry hop every 3 days after fermentation is complete. Use conical and trub between hops. Cold crash to clear. Brew Day: leak in kettle had to add 2l water and 5 oz DME to bring gravity and volume up. Pitched @
