Used maris otter instaed of pale ale, ran out Yellow Dry So 105 ppm, Cl 50 ppm Tap Strike CaSo 4.22 gr., Phos. 5.61 ml., Sparge CaSo 5.09 gr., Phos. 4.13 ml., Mashed in 164.5 (+3.5) hit 150.8, stirred to 150.3, closed the lid 6:35 ph drawn at 6:50, 5.61, added 2ml of phos. acid 88% and drew sample at 7:03, pH 5.41 Preboil vol. 14gal, SG 1.055, Boil hit 8:46 Boil extended to 90 min because of poor boil vigor. Took a while to cool. didn't measure og, 12G post boil, est. og 1.064 27 grams rehydrated s-04, 1.5 minutes of o2 at 2psi
