Taste Notes

Quite chocolaty. Might tone down the choc/roasted barley next time.

Notes

Recipe called for Wilamette instead of Fuggles but store was out of stock. FG ended at 1.006, ABV of 5.5%. Bottled sept 28 with 100g corn sugar for big carboy and 30g for small carboy
