Good clean taste. Great smell and aftertaste. Single hop Chinook works great. Notes
Målt OG 1.52-1.054 Tørrhumle 15gr i ene kar etter 7 dgr.
Prøve å karbonere med honning i noen flasker. God basisoppskrift.
Målt OG kar u/tørrhumle 1.012 samme i andre kar. Noen flasker med honning og noen med demerara sukker 2gr for karbonering.
Sukkerlake med pipeter:
6gr pr liter maks på mindre.
Dvs 40L på 2 dl vann? tilsettes så 240gr sukker kokes opp;
Mengden flytende væske vi får av det delt på 40L ( pga 40L)
delt på 3 (pga 0,33 pr flaske )
så får vi mengden vi trenger pr. flaske = Dobbelt kryssjekke med Ingve.
