Notes

Mashed at 148 - screwed up first step, mashed 75 mins instead Sparged all in one, 13 qts (lower than recommended) bc of screw up on strike Pre boil grav of 1050 - def low Long slow cooling process - could use 40 lbs of ice in summer months Original gravity: 1060 - not bad. Added yeast nutrient at sample time as yeast - hope sanitation isn't an issue. Did not rehydrate yeast Yeast pitched at 70, set up in swamp cooler Fermentation kicked in after 24 hrs, steady 64 degrees
