Notes

Volume 2. Went really well. Mash temps were on. Maybe a little low @ 149-152 but never over. Raised temp to 170 then drifted to 160 on mash out. I don’t anticipate any problems. Pitch temp 63* and did a 1600 ml starter over MrMalty pitch rate.
