filled approx 15L hot into cube and bathed in cold water, then freezer. Add Oxygen when cooled with o pitched WLP001 slurry. Add O2 24 hours later. temp control in stainless 33l pot with aquarium bheater. ferment in the cube.This Recipe Has Not Been Rated
