brew went good had 5.6 gallons of 1.041 in end in fermentor 12.5 brix=1.505 OG from refract (1.048 on other scale) hydro is 1.043 +.003 for offset =1.046 and got 4 gallons into fermentor This Recipe Has Not Been Rated
