Brilliant
by biergardenI let this beer ferment to completion before adding the cranberries. I should have ran through a meat grinder though because even after nearly a year of fermentation, they were still hole. I was amazed, but they do live in a swamp after all.
Otherwise I wouldn't change a thing about this beer. The special B gave it an appropriate reddish color that I really like. If you brewing something like this I'd really like to know how it came out for you as well
