Notes

I'm loosely basing the underlying ale recipe on a clone version of Old Peculiar from T & S Szamatulski's "Clone Brews, 2nd ed., page 398. They add cane and brown sugar that I have eliminated, and I have also rounded out some of the quantities for simplicity. One can of Vinter's Harvest Sweet Cherry Puree will be added to the secondary.
