2/23/13 - 10 brix 1.021... I think this is about it. no signs of active fermentation for a few days now.
3/12/13 - kegged in two kegs and applied gas to one. still pretty cloudy, and does not have the melanoidins that it probably should have. This Recipe Has Not Been Rated
