Taste Notes
12-26-12 Most mistakes ever made during brewing: Mash time exceeded by an addtional hour, boil over before yeast added, dropped strainer into fermentor with trub in it.
01-12-13 bottled 44 bottles. Beer smelled heavy tasted OK
02-02-13 Had the local brew shop taste beer and they rated it very high - Excelent taste
3-7-13 - I really enjoy the taste of this for my first Saison. Simple and easy
