Ringwood Brewery yeast.
I got 79% with WLP005 last time at 66C, so I'm going to 67C mash and aiming for 75% - I don't want it drier than 1.010. Not sure what the brewery yeast is going to do though!
AA% set to 74% to get 75% target at 67C.
440B cells required, approx 283ml slurry.
Amber balanced profile.
