Originally intended to be a 60L batch, but I negelcted to boil some top up water. Hence pre-boil SG is higher than estimated (1.055 instead of 1.046) and final volume is lower than estimated (51L instead of 60L).Notes
Originally intended to be a 60L batch, but I negelcted to boil some top up water. Hence pre-boil SG is higher than estimated (1.055 instead of 1.053) and final volume is lower than estimated (51L instead of 60L).
The temperature rises were each about 30min. (BeerSmith uses 10m). I effectively added this amount of time to each step, which must have some sort of effect on the outcome.This Recipe Has Not Been Rated
