I enjoy a fairly narrow spectrum of beer (but it's slowly expanding) and hence, my beers are confined to that part of the spectrum that I enjoy drinking. Stouts and Porters, Pale Ales, Ambers and summer Blonde Ales. I strive to make beers that are easy drinking and that go down smoothly, without slapping you in the face with exaggerated flavors and extreme levels of alcohol, yeast or hops. I want the beer to be drinkable, so you want to come back and drink another and another without feeling overpowered and worked-over!
