OK its up. if i have done my math correctly and i probably haven't. then you probably don't need to order any more summit unless you planned on just having it around...ahh order it any way. and just let me know what the AA on the cascade is

The braggot is carbonated, I think the recommended yeast is a different variety than the one we used on the mead. When to brew it??? Maybe next week...

next week might be tough i have this sat and sunday off then im working monday to sunday so i can have momo day off and jenns b day is the following wed so im off. but i do always have thursday afternoons

so whats the deal with the braggot. carbonation or no carbonation? and when do you want to get to work on that one? i also have some yeast from the mead and will have lots more in two weeks from the next transfer
