How is the coffee in the chocolate coffee stout recipe used? It says drip in the notes. Do you run water through and add to secondary or used ground coffee? Thanks

I make mead the traditional way. As of now I'm only doing this for the fun of it, but I plan to be able to sell my mead in a few years.
