Notes
Mash at 151. At flameout, add thr 15 whirlpool hops. Cool to 190 and steep for 15 min. Cool to 175 and add 30 whirlpool addition. Steep for 30 mins. Cool to 140 or less as fast as possible.
Ferment at 63 for 3-4 day's, raise temp 2 degrees everyday until you reach 70. Hold at 70 for remaining time. Total time in primary 3 weeks. Keg and dry hop in keg using stainless filter, dry hop at 63(ambient basement temp for 3-4 days), move to fridge and chill to 34, let stand for 3 more days before removing dry hops. Carb and serve.

Tasting: 1/29/16 very good, before dry hop, really tasted wheat and oats. Swear I could taste the raisin character from c120. After dry hop, did not detect same flavors. Really like the base taste. Wish it had some citra in it. While very good, a little citra or mosiac would make it shine.This Recipe Has Not Been Rated
