Ferment at 63 for 3-4 day's, raise temp 2 degrees everyday until you reach 70. Hold at 70 for remaining time. Total time in primary 3 weeks. Keg and dry hop in keg using stainless filter, dry hop at 63(ambient basement temp for 3-4 days), move to fridge and chill to 34, let stand for 3 more days before removing dry hops. Carb and serve. 12/31/15 Conan and wlp2,mixed in s04 to each as i was not sure on pitch and was traveling, 1068 og Tasting: 1/29/16 very good, before dry hop, really tasted wheat and oats. Swear I could taste the raisin character from c120. After dry hop, did not detect same flavors. Really like the base taste. Wish it had some citra in it. While very good, a little citra or mosiac would make it shine.
