Notes
grain bill based on reddskinnfan on HBT. his experiments as to SRM matches with the BN interview with the troegs brothers
hop bill based mostly on zymurgy recipe, but modified to include a hop stand instead of using a hop-back as troegs purportedly does. also modified to use more nugget in dry hop since the beer is called nugget nectar after all.
hop stand is done at 165F...chill down immediately after flameout addition and then add hops, stir and place lid on for holding at 165F...then chill to pitching temps.
