Notes
10/04/15 - Set infusion temp to 164 to try and target 162 in tun and infusion temp of 152
09/24/15 - testing with the brew skid. Set temp controller +2 degrees of target mash. Trying to hit 150 to 152 like the first time. Got new thermometer in outlet of tun and a hand held. Trying to ferment in a keg. Ferment at 63 degrees until done. Cold crash afterwards no diacytal rest. Playing with hop profiles too...
5/14/15 - try mashing at 154 for 60 min
1/18/15 - Held at 150 to 152 for 60 min. Post gravity was 1.028 @ 170 degrees. Og was 1.057. Lots of trub into the fermenter but looks like 2.5 gallons! Everything actually went well. I think I need a better thermometer. ..This Recipe Has Not Been Rated
