Taste Notes

This an outstanding beer. Not as fruity and clove-like as a normal Hefe. Much more subtle. Could have been the low fermentaion temp and the American Hefe yeast. Oraneg peel amount is just right. Don't change anything.

O.G. 1.062. Higher due to addition of honey. Fermentation was long; about three weeks.
