Taste Notes

brewed this last november and 8 months later it is outrageous. Won gold in bock category at enchanted brew comp in abq this springwon gold for eisbock and silver for dopplebock at nm state fair 2011best lager of show for eisbock.

split this recipe and made half eisbock - removed approx 1 gallon of iceentered both in NM State Fair 2011 and won silver with dopplebock and gold and best lager of show with eisbock
