The Rye Malt adds a unique flavor as compared to other citra brews I've done. The SD Super yeast really accents the hop flavor and feel that the Centennial and Cascade added the right combination with Citra. I was unsure if there was supposed to be dry-hopping in this recipe, but decided to do it anyways. I dry hopped with 1 oz citra in the beginning, and the beer was good. After adding 1 more oz of Citra to the keg, this is hands down, in my top five brews of all time. Nice job with this recipe mrgthealchemist!
