Smooth IPA Flavor
by JoshuaAmorBrewOnly thing I did different was a 5 minute Boil with 2.5 oz of Anise spice. It gives the beer a mystery flavor on the finish that really intrigues the drinker. All together this beer turned out to be fantastic.
