Notes

Mashed on Andy's gas stove top. Temp held fairly well, but did spoke at one point. Boiled on his propane burner, much more vigorous boil and boil-off than expected. Topped off with CVS water to hit 5g. Didn't have hydrometer or refractometer with me.
