Notes

Mash Set temp of both HLT and 8.5 gallons in the mash tun to 70ºC. Mashed in and temperature dropped to 64.3ºC. Set HLT to 71ºC and mash took 10 minutes to get to 69ºC, when I started a 60 min counter. @0 min: pH 5.0 @10 min: pH 5.0, 16.8ºP @20 min: ph 5.0, 18.4ºP @40 min: 19ºP @60 min: 21ºP - Set HLT to 77ºC When HTL hits 77ºC I start sparge. 1st runnings: pH 5, 20ºP Last runnings: ph 5.4, 3.4ºP Pre-Boil: 14.5 gal: 14.1ºP OG: 1.064 (measured with Hydrometer@ 25ºC) Volume 12.5 Cooled down to 25ºC in about 15 minutes. Set two fermenters with 5.5+ gallons each and kept cooling down to 20ºC
