Start mash temp 155. 13.75 gal in mash Sparged with ~ 2.9 gallons Starting water ph = 5.23 152.6 @ 1 hour 5 min Mash ph = 6.14 Pre Boil 1.051 @ 103 Pre Boil ph = 5.65 Collected 13.0 gallons F.G. = 1.007 Kegged on. 2 APR Pumped beer from fermenters - pre filled each keg with CO2. Some oxygen did get pumped in but minimal. Very tough time getting kegs to pressurize. Leak from tube connection to one keg. Set at 30 psi for the night.
