Notes

Subbed briess c-60 in for crisp c-45 (Couldn't find my 40l c) Missed preboil gravity low, and preboil volume high. Going to boil an extra 1/2 hr, and boil hard to get there. 30m boil, volume at 3.2ish gravity at 1.034ish. Started 60m boil. Hit volumes / numbers. Last minute decision to swap out my cascade. Smelled like nothing. Instead used centennial, and wp’d with citra.Use only the good stuff. I’m really happy with my audibles today, corrected gravity / volume issue w/out using sugar/dme, and the hop correction.
