Taste Notes

The taste was spot on. The beer was foamy out of the pig, the pressure pouch failed. Properly served and carved it would've been on point. I'm half tempted to brew another batch in 2014. It had just enough hop flavor and bitterness from the Cluster. The touch of Vienna malt gave it more sweetness and body. The longer boil took care of the DMS. I gave it a 4.5 on untappd, Andy gave it a 4. No need to change a thing for the next batch.

Notes

Ended up with less than 2g after boil, topped off to get to 2G. Didn't secondary out of laziness. Racked to Party Pig, 1/3 cup sugar for priming, high end of mfg rec. Samples were on point, maybe a touch sweet. As always, worried about clarity.
