Notes

I measured nothing on brew day. Still no hydrometer and I forgot to take refractometer readings. The mash was consistently at 152F. Mashed out to mid 160sF. After pitching yeast starter ended up at exactly 5.25 G. Going for 0.75 pitching rate. Oxygenated for about a minute, krausen started to form within a few hours. Bottled at 21 days. Samples were outstanding! Easy drinking, nice hop flavor. Exactly what I was going for. FG 1.009 at 68F.
