Taste Notes

Sweet taste. Chocolate, in the back. Nice Dry Finish.

Notes

Make Starter, 100Grams dlme and 2 cups of water and then top to 1L after 24hr fermentation started. alot of krausen in the blow off line, and leaking out of the fermentation bucket. Grind the coffee to the second largest on the grider setting. French Press it over night!!! Adding to secondary.

this is the first take on this beer. Has a nice coffee profile. could use a little more coffee in version 2. enjoy and let me know if you make this beer.
