Notes

Added one pound of El Progreso Miel de Abjeas Capacho Tachira Bs. 120 Gravity of 1.029 with 1.25 gallons Added two more ounces to kick the gravity up a bit Post boil gravity ended at 1.043. Added about 1 liter of thick mango juice. Looks like I didn't cool it quickly enough, as there's a smell of cooked mango coming out of it. It's still aroun 140, the pectanise is supposed to activate at 122. Going to pitch with Nottingham once it gets to room temperature.
