Added one pound of El Progreso Miel de Abjeas Capacho Tachira Bs. 120
Gravity of 1.029 with 1.25 gallons
Added two more ounces to kick the gravity up a bit
Post boil gravity ended at 1.043.
Added about 1 liter of thick mango juice.
Looks like I didn't cool it quickly enough, as there's a smell of cooked mango coming out of it. It's still aroun 140, the pectanise is supposed to activate at 122.
