Taste clean and slightly dry. Needs a bit more malty taste to it. Might try to rais mash temop a bit or lower bitterness.

Notes

Setpember 11, 2014 Test Batch 5 Gallon First on All-Grain Mash Taste after conditioning 5 dfays is clean and not too sweet. I like this one. I think it can have a bit more body to it so I htink next batch I will increase mash temp a couple degrees. Octobetr 1st. Start the starter today. Thgis time I will up the gravity a couple points to see how it effects body and flavor. I will also ferment in my new fridge at 68F and hold it there steady Sg .053 @99deg f .059 adjusted Jan 29-2014: Transfer to secondary measured 8.2 Deg Lovi Corrected SG to 1.016 pH 4.21 Maintained steady temp with drop in temps starting at 4pm 1-29 for short bit. Major drop durring transfer but came back up Fermentor wrapped in electric blanket
