Taste Notes

very good example of style. Other brewers liked it. A very good recipe and method.

Notes

Beer was lightly sour after primary. Sourness was increased with acid blend to taste at kegging. It has a sharp sourness that fades quick. A one quart tea was made with the spices and added at kegging.
