Notes
Zest oranges, remove fruit from rinds and cut up fruit, place fruit and zest in a brew bag. heat 1/2 gallon of water to 160 and place bag in water. use potato masher to squeeze fruit of juice. Hold at 140 to 160 for 20 to 40 minutes to pasturize and let cool. pour into fermentation pot after cooling, add wort, then top to 5 gallons and add yeast
