Taste Notes

good sweet malty flavor initially, color excellent, nice hop profile even before dry hopping dry hopped x 10 d at 65 deg racked to secondary, clear, slightly sweet. Initial thoughts, increase bittering hops slightly, dry hop to 3oz, do not use bags
