Notes

Brewing day Mashed at 151 after having to adjust temp. Also messed up water volume somehow and had to add 3/4 gallon water to hit preboil volume. Hit OG at 157 spot on again. Cooled to 80 and whirlpool. Very clear wort into fermentor. Cooled to 65 and aerated with pump before pitching. Day 1: good vigorous activity first thing in morning with nice Krausen formation. Bubbles every second or less. Leaving temp at 65.
