Notes
Use 14 gallons at 168F to mash at 149F for 75 minutes.
Sparge with 6.0 gallons of 180F water.
Pre-boil gravity = 1.064
Boil 90 minutes.
Chill to 72F.
Post-boil Gravity = 1.082
Pitch yeast from Rye Centennial
Fermented at 68F
Dry hop after 10 days.
FG = 1.022
