40% Belgian pils, 54% German Pils, 6% Vienna. 2oz ADHA 871 in the Hop Back. ADHA 871: "clean, pleasant, floral, citrus, huge mint, herbal, mellow spice, thyme, saaz like, cucumber, sage, touch of lemon". 148F Mash temp. 350ml WLP830 slurry repitch, target pitch 53F. For true Sacrilege: save a 3 galllon portion to age with White Labs WLP644 Brettanomyces Bruxellensis Trois and 1oz Saphir dry hop
