Brewed with JD. pitched Lacto at 85 in an 85* water bath. I pitched 2.5g, JD 5.5g. Cranked to 90 on 5/18 6pm. 5.5g bubbling away on 5/19. Both pitched 1 vial of the same batch of lacto. Plan is to pitch SAC 5/23. 5.5 will get european ale, 2.5 will get us05.
