Once again, excellent stout.

Notes

Based on Dechutes Obsitian Stout, 2nd Edition. High FG, unknown why. Good activity when fermenting. Kegged at 17th day, direct from fermenter. 35 minutes steeped dark grains. Don't go over 40 mins with dark ones.
