Taste Notes

Excellent. Good nose as the dry hopping worked well.

Notes

Pitched at 77. Inspired by recipe from BS website. Added 1oz Cent Hops Leaf at keg time, in three weeks. Added 1.5 pounds of glass beads to sink hops. 12 days in primary. Put on CO2 right away to condition.
