Notes

Dry hop Citra to the fermenter bucket with Belgian Ardenes - this is the Belgian Citra Creame... Dry hop East Kent Goldings and 0.5 oz oak chips to the fermenter with the Saison yeast... Use Amarillo Gold for FWH if Tettnang(er) not available... Also have heard Danstar Belle Saison Dry Yeast has favorable reviews! Ferments at high temperatures, very fast, and at very high attenuation||||| Current Grain Inventory: Acid Malt - 1.4 lb - - Maltodextrine Powder - 0.15 lb - - 2 row UK - 6.5 lb - - 2 row Bel - 4 lb - - Light Munich - 1.7 lb - - French Oak Chips - 0.15 lb - - Carapils/Dextrine - 0.85 lb - - Flaked Wheat - 0.25 lb - - Crisp 77 Crystal - 0.85 lb - - Cara 20 Malt - 0.85 lb - -
