Taste Notes

After 5 days fermentation finished, SG 1.008. Light bitterness, breadyness, not overly sweet. Still a bit hazy from the yeast. 14 day in bottle: watery body, lingering bitterness, reminds of Old Speckled Hen Might have grinded too coarse as OG was considerably too low.
