Notes
Did a 20 min. Protein rest at 130° and added 2 gallons extra water on accident, had to boil down to 9.31 then start the timer.
Not sure if it will boil down to 5.55 with in the hour. It took well over a hour to boil 2.4 gals.This Recipe Has Not Been Rated
